2009 Flagstaff H/W 29 SC winch fuse keeps blowing

Everytime i try to raise and or lower my pop-up using the winch, the winch fuse (60AMP block fuse) blows everytime. Anyone else have this problem or solution?

Maybe try to hand crank it up to make sure nothing is binding.

Does the winch act like it's bound up? Or does the fuse pop as soon as you hit the switch.

Tried to hand crank it up today and the bolt for the manual crank snapped. The winch bogs down when the top gets close to being all the way up. So it acts like it doesnt have enough power to finish raising the last 3-4 inches and thats when it tends to blow the fuse
