2011 forest river pop up stuck up

i have a 2011 forest river popup is stuck up. I jumped something before to get it down but dont remember how. the nut on manual crank is broke so cant use that. any help would be appreciated

You "jumped" something? I assume you mean a wire to jumper some connection?

i would assume you might have done that to either the breaker or the switch?
