2012 rock wood tent trailer won't lift.

While I was cleaning the trailer today I had lowered it to clean the exterior. I tried to raise it again and it won't raise.

It is plugged into 120v and the battery seems fully charged.

I checked all of the fuses and they seem to be fine.

What is my next step in trouble shooting?

Thanks

Have you tried jumping the fuse on the cable connected to the battery just to see if the winch will respond than?

Mine had a circuit breaker on the powerwinch battery positive cable right at the battery.
I would jump around that circuit breaker and see if the roof will raise; ONLY A SLIGHT AMOUNT ,FOR A SECOND TO SEE IF IT IS THE PROBLEM.

Had that problem with my 2016 Rockwood Premier 2516g. The motorized folding camper winch had to be replaced. Fortunately it was still under warranty.
