2016 Forest River 282TESP - Parts Help Needed Please

So we picked up a really sweet 2016 282TESP this past weekend and it needs some parts. This being my first experience with any kind of RV, let alone a camper, I've no idea where to go for parts.

We need the following:
* Bolt-on trailer jack
* Door (someone had it laying on the ground and ran it over)
* Large propane tanks (2)
* Solar cells (camper is already rigged for them)

There may be other items that come up which I'm not aware of yet.

Thanks!

Entry door is a manufacturer only item. How did the entry door get on the ground? Its mounted to the sidewall on hinges.
Propane tanks-Anywhere.
Jack-etrailer.com
Solar panels-no recommendations since I would never use them.

Yeah....someone had it off doing who knows what then ran it over....not me.

Just curious, why would you never use solar?

Thank you.

Thank you.
1. We often camp in heavily treed campgrounds.
2. Solar won't run the a/c nor the microwave without a huge bank of batteries. Our TT only has room for two batteries.
3. A quiet inverter generator is cheaper and more versatile than solar panels, controller and large inverter.

As a former owner of two popups, I suggest that you add a BAL leveler to your list. The stabilizers on your popup are NOT for leveling. They are only for stabilizing. The BAL will make leveling easier and also doubles as a wheel chock.
Also invest in a set of Popup Gizmos. A must have for any popup or hybrid owner.

That's great feedback....thanks.

The model I have is tandem axle though.

Popup Gizmos will be on order!

Just out of curiosity, do you have any RV dealerships close by?
They may have parts or be able to order parts for you or call Forest River.
May cost more, so you might be best to follow BikenDan's lead.

Just a suggestion. Good Luck!
Happy Camping.

If you order from Forest River be aware the shipping is usually ridiculous. If you order from a dealer, see if they can put your items on a unit that is coming to them anyway and save shipping.
