2019 Viking LS 2107LS door gaps

Does anyone else have this issue?
Is it a design flaw in the canvas or a piece of canvas missing?

Does anyone on this forum have a 2019 Viking LS 2107LS that could tell me if they have this issue with the door?

You could be doing the same thing I did when I first started using my HW27KS...I raised the roof about an inch too high, which left a gap over the door. Apparently, all the pop-up rookies do it.

Try lowering your roof a half inch or so at a time and see if that eliminates the gap...then make a mental note about how that slack wire looks the next you raise it, and you'll get it closer.

Tried that initially, but the part that hooks the door frame to the roof would unhook.��
