228BHSE - Best Cover

What is best cover for 228BHSE (2018)? Gonna have to store it ourside beginning May of 2021. Not sure if I should cover, but if so, what is best?

Thanks in advance,

Meronjo

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I'm sure there are customs covers made for your rig or much less expensive 10ml tarps that would do fine. Something to consider is RVs are made to be outside.

Thanks in advance,

We cover our 2016 Rockwood Premier 2516g with a Classic Accessories PolyPro cover.

Iíve posted the same question for our pop up and there was limited responses. Anyway, we live in Florida and I went through 3 classic accessories covers in just under 5 years. Just in case anyone is doing the math, we purchased the pop up in 2015.

The only reason why I stayed with the cover is it had a 3 year warranty. So each time it ripped/deteriorated I sent pics and they replaced it.

Still looking for a cover that can withstand the Florida sun.

If you find one let me know!

I have your exact PUP but, I keep mine in the Garage and it is a monster in there. Besides keeping a cover on it you need to inspect all of the seams for cracks because they don't cover them under warranty or repair water damage. They get cracks from being towed down the road. Road bumps, twisting, vibration and normal stuff like that. Mine stays inside and I seal cracks all time. It gets less as it gets older and maybe settled more.

Do you mean cracks in the joints and seams of the PUP? Or, cracks in the cover? Yes, they are a beast inside of a standard garage. Thanks for your reply. :-)
