2514g no water at sink

Any suggestions as to why no water at kitchen sink hot or cold. Have both to shower and both to line drains in cabinet under sink?

Unscrew the filter from the end of the spigot. many times they get clogged from debris in the tank/system.

This type does not have a removable screen. I am thinking i may have to remove the line at faucet to be sure there is pressure to it.
