A few questions about my 1940

Hi,

I just got a new to me 2009 Freedom 1940. We got a fantastic deal on this camper and I cannot wait to start pup camping with the kids. We are missing a few part however. The stove is gone and I would like a replacement. Should I go with trying to replace it with the original stove or should we go with a free standing model? Also the dining table is missing where should I go to replace this?

Thanks for all you help

Beth

Congrats on your P/U, I know you'll enjoy it. As far as replacing the the missing items, the table may be something you can find on Ebay or at a dealer if you are near one. You may also find something at a thrift store. If your stove is a drop in type, you may have to stay with a drop in or have the counter top re done. With a table top sytle, that I prefer, you can cook outdoors and not heat up the inside of the camper or get orders from cooking inside. Over all, it's your decision what will work best for you. Good Luck.
