Agreed, it looks like something for adjusting an RF coil or similar.
That said, I've had tools like that show up in the information packet that have no connection to the item I've received. Almost like it got swept up from someone at the factory who just gathered it up by mistake.
Might also just be a cheap tool used to adjust a screw stop or limit switch.
Just guessing at possibilities. I wouldn't throw it away as it's purpose may present itself in the future. Just put it away in a place you can find when that happens.
