Ac help!

We had an ac installed in our pop up and we can't figure out how to plug it in! Service was closed when we picked it up and I can't get a call back.

can anyone help us figure this out

What is the other end of the female 20 amp plug connected to?

I found it! This gets plugged into the roof !
