Adding a toilet to pop-up

New to the forums and new to the pop-up world coming from tent camping.



Picked up a 2018 Forest River RV Flagstaff SE 228BHSE at the beginning of the year and it did not come with cassette option. No big deal, but I was going to get a Thedford porta-pot for those late night "emergencies" for my son... more for #1 not #2 .



I was thinking of taking out the storage cabinet and modifying it to accommodate the porta-pot. Then I read somewhere that someone got a cabinet for an insert (different model) for his pop-up.



Is there a way to get the actual cabinet for the cassette insert? Or get the actual dimensions of that cabinet?

I have the 2018 Flagstaff BBHSE also, great camper! I actually had a cassette shower/toilet combo installed at the factory instead of the storage cabinet. It seems to be of similar size but I did find a picture of it. https://goo.gl/images/RdHMLt.

When I get my instructions out of my camper I will send the dimensions over.

Can't answer your question about a cabinet, but we have a Rockwood 1950, with the cassette toilet/shower combo. We love it! Wonder if you could find an older or wrecked pop-up with the cassette toilet/shower and "rescue " it for your use?
