Adding Pop Up Outlet in Countertop

I'm in the early stages of planning this so still have a lot more research to do.

I have a HW27KS. There are no outlets near the kitchen area, so I have to run an extension cord from outlet on the end wall to the counter, to be able to use my electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker. I was looking and thinking of adding a pop-up outlet like the one pictured. I would like to add it on the counter & over the space that's behind the microwave. I can see an outlet behind the microwave (microwave is plugged into it) so I was wondering if I could plug into that? Has anyone added one or have looked into possibly adding one?

The problem is microwaves use a lot of power. If its a convection microwave even more power. So if you are operating the microwave and you have the toaster, or coffee maker plugged into the addon plug you'll draw more than that circuit and pop the breaker. So you would have to limit what you have on at any one time. Safe Travels
