Any problems with 2716G low Cargo Carrying Capacity?

After figuring out cargo carrying capacity after the weight of a battery, air conditioner, and fresh water, there's only around 100 lbs left for interior items and anything you'd put on the roof rack. Not a lot for the 2716G.

You could always fill up water at the campground but some campgrounds don't have easy to find fill stations or their water is not really that great.

I really like the premier features but disappointed in their low CCC compared to the Freedom line.

I'm really stuck on what I like better, the freedom 2318G or the Premier 2716G.

Have you compared the actual ccc stickers on the two rigs? Just guessing here, but the main difference in the online brochures seems to be the bathroom on the rig you like. Well, that and the size.

Unfortunately the only way to tell the true weight is to actually weigh the rig itself.

Depending on how you camp, you might not need a full tank of water. Low CCC is the reason you see tow vehicles packed with stuff.

Yeh, the 2318G was 768 lbs and the 2716G was 466 lbs before A/C, battery, and water.

Say a battery is 50#, the A/C 100#, and the water 216# (20 + 6 gallons @ 8.3#) for a total of 366 lbs.

Giving the 2716G 100 lbs of CCC and the 2318G 402 lbs CCC. Quite the real world difference.
