We have the same issue on our flagstaff although I think ours is a bit older. The tear seems to happen where my ties on the inside meet up. I'm sure there's added pressure since most of the weight kind of sits there inside the bag. Just probably a poor design thing.
If you do replace the awning I'd be interested in knowing where cuz I'll be doing the same soon.
Any tips on how to fix, or repair rips along awning bag mounting seam.

Remove the awning and bring it to an upholstry shop and have then stitch it up (thats what I did it cost me $100.)
I have these ripa, too. I think they’re from the weight of the awning pulling on the ties. So, we simply stopped using the ties and now just roll up the awning and let the weight of it rest on the zipper of the bag. It distributes the weight across the full length of the awning bag rather than focusing it on only a few spots. Seems to work.
I’m not sure if you can get just the bag or not. Hannarv.com has the complete awning with bag though. If your current bag and awning are in good shape with the exception of a hole you could just patch it. Mine is patched.
I have a 2 year old Flagstaff and the beginnings of that tearing. That's really interesting what's said about the weight on the ties, good observation!
I might untie mine like suggested so it doesn't get any further with the ripping.
