Never saw a plastic antenna before. This is under 12 inches....hexagon on both ends. Seems like it could be some sort of adjustment tool........to what is the mystery.

Does it have a small opening at the tip, and a water fitting at the other end? My first thought was a tank cleaner wand. If not, maybe it's jsut a poking stick
Where did you find it?

It does have a small opening on the fat end as if you could pass thread through it. It was in the bag of doo dads and keys that came with the new trailer.....old trailer didn't have one.

That's the magic "fix-it" wand!
Only a select few get that thing!
Wave it over the problem three times exclaiming "I love my forest river" " I love my forest river" "I love my forest river"
And all will be well..........
Actually I have no idea.....
Subscribed to find out.

I thought antenna too but the color is odd. Are there metal threads on the fat end to screw it on to something? It could have a antenna wire that runs the length of it inside.

Nope just a hexagonal ends on it. When I first pulled it out of the bag.....it was like a million voices cried out at once. The force is strong with this item.

It looks collapsible. I'm going guess a collapsible cane. I'm also guessing that's why we haven't seen many of them.

Maybe its for those hard to reach ceiling lights?
Course that wouldn't apply to a pop up...

I thought it might be some kind of alignment dowel.
I tend to side with garbonz. It's possible we have aliens building some of these trailers.

Reminds me of expandable police batons? Maybe your dealer thought you went to sketchy camp sites and needed protection?

There are two hex key adjustments on the newer balmoar nuts. Use the big end to set the outer sleeve nut first, then use the smaller end to make the final precision adjustment to the inner sleeve nut. You usually only have to make an adjustment if your balmoar binds for some reason. You must have the new model in yours because the tool is orange, the older one uses a blue tool.

Ok I'll bite....
What's a balmoar nut and what's it's significance with the op's trailer.
