Bad motor?

I have a 2009 flagstaff Mac 208 and I think our motor went out? It has an electric motor to fold it out and back in. But itís not working. I heard there was a way to manually lower it.. anyone know how?

if you mean the roof lift motor, yes there should be a way to manually lift it - but there are several models out there. Provide the model of the lift motor and people will be better able to help you.

Mine has an access door on the passenger side and it takes a 3/4 socket. We lowered ours with a 24 volt drill. By hand it would've taken FOREVER. Best of luck to you. We found that the down function worked for us at the campsite when completely level. Make sure you are perfectly level or it may not work. Your posts may also need to be greased.
