bunkend top vinyl inconsistencies
Ok, I got my new 2020 Premier 2716g to replace my 2019. So far so good but a few things need to be fixed.
My concern is that on both bunkends I have what look like pin holes when looking from inside the bunkend. You can see the sunlight coming through.
At the dealer, the camper was set up in the shop with one end toward the door. I saw one so called 'pin hole' at the bunk closest to the garage door. The service man says while not common, it does happen in every so many units. He says there's no void for water to come in but put VLP on both sides of canvas to make me happy.
Anyhow, now that I have it set up at home, I see a few more on the opposite bunk. It's definitely a manufactured issue as one set of these so called 'pin holes', I can see nothing wrong with the vinyl, I can see some some dark specs where the other set is. They are water tight as of now, as I ran a hose over them.
I never seen them on the 2019 or my other pop ups. What's everyone's experiences with these?
My other issue with the canvas is a very small hole in the screen that's on the back side. The whole slide out side canvas would have to be removed and sent in. I think lining up the strands and just using a drop of seam sealer would make this a whole lot easier of an issue without a lot of work or chance of other issues happening.
Thanks
