Check your vent fan caulk!
There has been talk about water getting into the camper through the vent again so I thought I would caution others.
I just got my camper re-caulked at the dealership this summer when everything opened after the covid close down. Caulked everything.
Well I just went over the camper and found that the caulking on all 4 sides of the vent fan had opened completely up. I re-caulked the fan and some other spots on the roof that I found.
I also opened up the camper, just raised the roof and used a flash light to check the inside for any signs of leaking. Luckily all was good. Took me a whole 15 minutes to raise the roof and look. I will be doing this periodically through out the winter to catch anything early just as I had always went inside my previous travel trailers to check on everything.
Just passing on a heads up.
