De-Winterizing Question

Hi All-
I got a 2014 Flagstaff Mac 204 LTD last week. It just has a sink and a water holding tank. It has been winterized. My question is, I'm taking the camper on a trip in two weeks to Zion NP. I would like to de winterize and check out the water system this weekend. I'm guessing the facet needs to be replaced. I'm in the front range of Colorado, so the lows will be below 30 with highs this week into the 50's. What am I risking by de winterizing and are there any tricks to minimize the risk over the next couple weeks. Why this weekend, it's just timing. I have more time than I think I will as I get closer to leaving.
Thanks

If the temperature is only briefly below 30 you should be ok. If you want to play it safe, dewinterize, check things out, then winterize again. Should take only a few minutes with only a sink and water tank.

Yep, I could do that. It never really warmed up today. Going to wait for it to get a little warmer.

Don't forget the water heater if you have one....that will need to be drained too.
