These are good places to start. Are you looking for something specific?

My suggestion instead of the add-a-room...

Get a Dometic Cabana. You'll want the 11' one and need 9 feet of rail to install it to the trailer. I don't know what happened price-wise.
You used to be able to buy one for $170, but now...

Awning rail

Amazon for generic parts such as Camco for wheel covers, plugs, and Roberts Sales Denver for trailer specific parts such as broken light lenses. Which reminds me, anyone know of any off-road trailer light covers?
I appear to through up rocks that hit the front lights on the trailer.

I installed 9' of awning rail (I have the 11' Cabana) and used butyl tape under the rail to keep everything waterproof. It's as simple to set up as a small tent.
I am 6'2", so keep in mind that you'll need a ladder to reach if you are any shorter-I could just barely reach the extendable poles.
  1. Slide the cabana awning bead in the rail
  2. put the folding aluminum pole (that makes the u-shaped arch)in the end of the cabana
  3. install the three extendable poles from the roof to the u-shaped arch to make the roof tight
  4. adjust everything so it's straight.

I'll post the pics I have on Photobucket.

I also use Amazon and Camping World sites. When making my list of items to get (never-ending it seems, but fun ), I compare prices between the 2. Sometimes the disparity is huge , and I will note the prices on my list (Notes on iPhone, synced to iPad) and update the shopping carts accordingly.

For the add-on room idea, when I was tent camping, I used to have a 10x10 canopy from Gander Mountain ( Gander Mountain Combo 10 x 10 Canopy w/Mesh Sides and Wind Walls-760902 - Gander Mountain) that had options for screens and/or wind shields to be added as "walls". We had a kitchen unit we added which had a sink, side tables, and hanging pantry for keeping stuff in. Shelves were sturdy enough for our Camp Chef oven to sit on it. Both set up/broke down quickly and had storage bags with handles win would just throw in the back of the truck.

We kept a bunch of stuff in that room - mini fridge, microwave , folding picnic table, ice-maker, etc. it became our kitchen and dining room, and worked out quite nicely for us!

Here are the best prices I have found on the Cabana $484...
AE-11ft-Cabana-Dome-Awning.html
At that price I'd do something else. When I got it they were only $160...
It's not worth much more than that as it's very light weight.

These are stock photos - not our actual stuff. I failed to stake down the screen room while camping last year (after we switched to travel trailer, also since gone) and the wind took it for a ride and broke it. The online price for Gander Mountain is like $160, I paid $300, so I may consider getting another one one day.
