Door and switches and first time camping with pup

Hey everybody, here comes a few more questions.we made our first camping trip this weekend and it was a blast being in a pup except when the winds started going high speed. It rained big time and no water leaked anywhere,so here go's...I'm posting 2 pics...one of the top of the door frame that has two slots but don't go anywhere and the 2 switches under the fold down sink, the switch on right go's to the lights and I think the one on the left go's to the heater but not sure, was afraid to play with left switch cause heater worked great and didn't want to mess anything up. What do u think.....tksClick image for larger version

The two under the sink are probably cut off switches for the lights so as not to have them on when closed up, the other is probably for the heater same reason. As for the two slots above the door, it is for when it is in the stored position on the ceiling.

The door is held by straps on the top half with the cable guides and the bottom has a clip that go's in a bracket on the roof, nothing there to match them slots

My guess would be that all doors were manufactured thevsam to save costs and that a different unit would use the slots.

My pop up had the same slots and they did not do anything. As was said either for manufacturing or another unit uses them.

You are keerect. Those slots are used on my Starcraft to hold the door in place when down.
