Door repair and microwave question

I have a 2008 HW27SC. Has anyone repaired the plastic latches that hold the door in place? The bottom latch that holds the door up is about to fall off and when you shut the door it falls down and basically locks the door. I've been to 3 different hardware and automotive stores looking for rivets but none of them seem like they'd be long enough. Does anyone know the actual size of the rivets?

My second question is, has anyone found a microwave that will fit correctly into the bezel of the factory microwave. Ours broke and I can't for the life of me find one that will fit back into the frame correctly.
