Fan tastic fan?

Does anyone know what brand of fan was used in 2002 flagstaff 205 pups, my exterior lid is broken on the corner and isn't leaking but would like it looking better it has the thumbscrew type to raise it from inside?? Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!!
