It sounds like your battery cutoff switch is still engaged.

You probably running off the converter only then, there should be a small breaker that might have tripped on or around the battery, should have a little black reset bottom, if I understand you correctly.

You must be plugged into a power pedestal to get your 120 vac power. if you have no 12 vdc power check your battery disconnect. your lights, water pump, ref, and furnace all work off of 12 vdc. the air conditioner and microwave and TV work off of ac.

You might not have a battery disconnect, the breaker is small maybe 2"x 1" should be on the plus side of the battery cable mounted to the frame or trailer.

Usually under the frame, between the battery and the junction box.

Popups don't come with factory disconnect switches.
A previous owner might have added one.

If the OP doesn't have hookups, what would the converter have to do with it?

Trace the battery wire from where it leaves the battery box, to where it goes underneath the main trailer body past the tongue. Look for a small rectangular box similar to the one in the pic. See the small black button on the end of it, which the location varies per circuit breaker....press this button in and release. This resets the circuit breaker which could be tripped. It happens a lot. You may also have more than one resettable 12 volt circuit breaker there.
If it's tripped, then power is not getting past this point.
You may also have an inline fuse on your main battery cable. See if it is good and/or making connection.

There usually is. I would look at the positive battery cable, then follow it to where it connects to something underneath the front of the trailer, and see what that is.
The 12 volt circuit breaker can be of varying styles and doesn't have to look exact to the pic I posted. It is many times attached to the inside of the frame rail.
Anyway you can snap a pic of that area and post it, as that would help?

What did you do to get power?
Did you hear the water pump come on?
