First time pop-up owner!

Hello!!

New pop-up owner here. 2013 Palomino Banshee and the lift system works great with a battery drill so it appears the mechanics are all working however even with a new and freshly charged battery it would struggle to get the pop-up up and now is no longer working. This troubleshoot guide from robersales.com mentions a fuse but ours doesn't have one. Would adding one make a difference? Any other ideas or does it need a new motor?
