flagstaff 205 & refrigerator

I recently bought a flagstaff 205 and am very curious as to some discussions i have seen about frig on or off... i was under the impression that when you close up the camper and put the sink/stove down the power is disconnected. i assume that means the frig is disconnected as well even if you have it plugged in to 110v power. is this not correct.. just trying to learn more about my flagstaff 205. is there a way to keep the frig on while traveling or in the garage plugged in to power?

On my two popups, folding the sink cabinet down, only disconnected power to the inside lights. Nothing else.
You'll still have power to the fridge so you can run it while traveling, either on propane or 12v DC.
