Flush/Rinse Fluid Additive?

I wanted to ask if anyone was using a rinse agent with their cassette flush water?

I have found Thetford Aqua Rinse and Aqua Chem (blue stuff) but only available for purchase in Europe?

Is there a US available product that works as well as those?

To be clear I am not looking for holding tank odor control, rather rinse water additives.

Amending to ask if there is a reason the above products aren't available in the US?

Thanks!

My cousin uses the Blue Streak additive in his cassette toilet.

Designed for the Blue Streak Toilet Dispenser (which I have and it works GREAT!) the chemical seems perfect for the cassette toilets.

Blue Streak

I have been using Thedford Aqua Chem, purchased from Walmart, for years and find it quite adequate in cassette toilets. Flushing with just plain water has been also adequate. The cassette toilet I have is 13 years old and works as good today as it did when new. If rinse water is a concern, dump and refill rinse water on a daily basis.

Thanks but I am combating a negativity problem not an actual one.

My wife was grossed out by the idea of an on-board toilet opting to always go to the restroom "up the hill" at a campground.

I wanted one because I am considering the 2-5am wake up call that she or I would have to deal with when a child wants to go.

Making sure it doesn't smell and always smells nice is key to harmony here

P.S. guess who used the bathroom inside the first time we went out in the camper?

Ok, I see your problem now. What I do is empty the cassette every day and add about 3-4 ounces of Aqua-Chem and that seems to keep any odors down. One rule that the DW and I have concerning the porti-poddy is , only #1, if you have to go #2, you go to the campground restroom if they have one.
We do use extra Aqua-Chem but I say, "Happy Wife Happy Life".
Good Luck and Happy Camping.
