Forest River Part info and where to get TENT material!

In another thread I mentioned that I bought a 2.5 year old 2016 Flagstaff MAC 228D popup.

I have been trying to put it back the way it is supposed to be and with the help of F.R. and their tent manufacturer I am getting close!

Here is a list of parts I asked about from F.R. with part numbers and prices in case you are interested:

Contact F.R. customer service for any of these or ask your own questions:
rockwoodcustomerserve@forestriverinc.com
flagstaffcustomerservice@forestriverinc.com

Tent Track that holds the cylindrical "Bulb" to the bunk ends @ 74 1/2 inches long:
F100104263 - $3.30 each (I am still waiting to find out if she meant per foot)

Tent Track that holds the cylindrical "Bulb" to the slide out @ 62 inches:
F100104263 - $3.30 each (Same part number which is why I am wondering if its $3.30 per foot)

Hard black plastic velcro strips attached to the top of the camper frame:
10-03420A - $2.38 a foot.

Bunk light/fan combo that is the LED style with the barrel plug rather than headphone style:
F100035567 - $25.84

Double Lamp Bunk Light LED Style:
F100099379 - $41.26

Bunk Light Cone Shaped Socket for barrel style plugs:
F100099425 - $2.58

I asked about the cylindrical bulb and some fabric and I was referred to another company who is getting me estimates to either buy the material and attach it myself or send in that section of tent and they fix it. That company is:

T.J. Snuggles (no im not kidding) - 574-546-4404 ask for Connie or Lisa

I hope this helps someone else!
P.S. I have pictures that I will amend later.

for those fan/light clips, they are so easy to break - i found metal ones at lowes that work, i think that they are storage clips for items like brooms. They even had a hole in them that lines up perfectly with the screw in the light. Those clips will never break again.

i think that they were "blue hawk general purpose storage clips" - and for about 5 buck for a pack of two - i replaced all the clips.

I have seen that suggested but my biggest concern is scratching the pole and then cause rust or tarnish transferring to the fabric.

That has also been my concern - but so far there has been no scratches on the pole. was thinking of a wrap of tape on the clips to avoid it - but so far it has not been needed.

X2, I used them in 2013 to replace all my canvas on my Fleetwood X2. They did a very good job. When I was done it looked like a brand new trailer. Sold it in 2016 and canvas/windows had held up extremely well. Cost $1300 then but it was a big popup.

rockwoodcustomerserve@forestriverinc.com

Email them your year, make model and VIN and tell them what part you want.

I have already asked if they have parts catalogs but they said no, just ask them as they are the parts catalog....

Anyway, you should get a reply with price and request for shipping address and credit card for payment. They won't quote shipping but I can tell you to expect $10-$20 shipping depending on what weight/size. On that subject I HIGHLY recommend you investigate if you CC company offers "virtual account numbers" that are one use temp numbers. Email is not the best way to handle credit card numbers.....
