Found Circuit board laying next the water heater in my HW 296

Anybody know where this attaches too.
I found it just laying on the floor when I opened up the panel to turn on the water lines, I was getting ready to go campeing in August, but can't seem to find where it should be mountedClick image for larger version

Hello

That is for the water heater. The ignition for the propane, sensor controls etc. They usually just hang it on the back with a tywrap. Someone forgot to screw it to the wall.

That is the module board for the 12 volt dc heating(propane) mode of the water heater. Sometimes they are just held on with double sided tape to the foam on the tank. I almost think i can see this tape at the end of for tank but the picture cuts off.

Also the valves to the tank both look closed, the cold water inlet as well as the crossover valve. I can barely just see the hot water outlet valve but it's also cut off in your pic. Did you do that on purpose with the valve positions.?

Open which ones? You will normally only open the cold water inlet and hot water outlet valves. The crossover valve is used for winterization purposes if you put antifreeze in the lines. That valve needs to stay closed if you are using the water heater while camping.

Another quality job by how fast can I make this trailer. Things that come loose (3 cents worth of glue), fail (cheap Chinese), fall off (nails in aluminum) and all the other uber annoying things that get fixed after every trip.

Hmmm, 2018 model, and not noticed until now? Lots of possibilities here.
