We're taking our 5er out this weekend, to 4 Mile Creek State Park on Lake Ontario. We live near Buffalo NY and it's supposed to be in the 60's this weekend. Going for 3 nights.

We had 4 days out 2 weekends ago on Lake Erie, had some sunny and warm days and wind and waves and snow in the forest. Going local this weekend for a couple nights at Elora Gorge Conservation Area, opening the park on May 1st. Next weekend on May 8th we are opening Inverhuron Provincial Park on Lake Huron, there was still ice on the lake in some spots last weekend. Hopefully everyone can get out soon!!

That's the joy of being a year round camper. We never have to go through withdrawal. We use our rig year round here in Ontario. We've managed 14 nights out in 2015 thus far. Once the weather gets warmer we will slow down actually. I REALLY can't stand crowds and we often skip July and August all together. Just too many people in the parks.

Very nice. I see you have the Flagstaff MAC "daddy".

The PUX look great. I still have to figure out how I want to attach the strings.

Vin.

Hey vinmaker, just go a little west. We just spent a week at lake Cayuga in the finger lakes of ny near Ithaca. Beautiful weather. We had one night below freezing, only had to use the furnace two nights, then just an electric room heater the rest of the week. And the heated mattresses worked great. Got into the high 60s during the day and warm sunshine.
