I use "our groceries" which syncs across devices. It keeps the checked off items so I go through that and un-check what I want for this trip beforehand.

I use an App called RV Checklist (by Dan Senatro) on my iPad. There's another app by the same name on the Google Play store but its a different app.

Whatever you choose to use, a checklist is a great idea.

We have a 5-page paper checklist that we have developed over the years. Items needed have come and gone as our family developed, grew and moved on. We have sections for gear, food, clothes, cooking and pre-trip tasks. It has worked pretty well for us. We have a similar one for when we take a cruise.

Ya the MSFT To Do syncs across devices as well I use it on my surface, Desktop, Android phone as well, it's nice when an App syncs across devices.

I'm trying to get my Wife out of using paper and going Digital.
We have a Stop & Shop scan it App we use when we going grocery shopping at Stop & Shop, we scan all of our Grocery's and when we get to the self checkout we scan the bar code it brings our grocery's over then we use Samsung Pay to pay, she finally loves it.
