Glide'n'Lock System Problems

Hello. New owner, first post.

I have a 2016 Forest River Viking 2405st pop up tent trailer. It has 2 king size beds with the Glide'n'Lock cable support system. We are finding that the locking pins on the beds occasionally pop out (almost always the same one) if someone shifts their weight the wrong way in the bed. Have others had this problem? Are there any ways to avoid it or fix it?
