Looks nice. My grill is still in the box. It's huge and not enough floor space in my camper for it after it's put together. I use my floor space for my mattress topper (rolled up) and microwave. That takes up all the regular floor space. The dinette floor space is used by the LCD TV and Blu-ray player, and tiny waste can.
I put my Coleman grill in the dinette seat where I can access it from the slide out exterior doors. Makes easy to get in and out even when the pop up is folded down.
Griddle looks nice if you can find room for it and find it more important than other items that need space.
Then again you could just throw it into the back of your truck.
I hear you with the issues. Myself, I don't know if I have the patience for another camper and it's problems. While I thought Forest River was the worst from my experience, others say there's even worse than these. Now that makes me wonder how this industry stays in business at all. My 3 Jayco and Starcraft units were MUCH MUCH better than the 3 Forest River units I've had.
Now that my wife is getting interested in camping more, she's thinking we should go back to a TT. I'm thinking this pop up is the last camper I want to deal with. Then maybe just rent cottages/cabins.
