Heated Mattress

Just purchased 2021 Rockwood 296HW. Trying to determine if the cables to make the standard heated mattresses work should have been included, or I need to purchase as an accessory.

Any insight?

My trailer came with the heated mattress and the controller, but neither was mentioned during the PDI walkthrough. I found the controller in a drawer after we got home and I had to google the brand/model to figure out what it was!

Thought it was cool at the time, but we have never used it.

the controllers should be included. by the way, they are 110v AC, not 12v DC.

The heated mattress wires/cable should be included, they are normally stored in a cupboard or drawer somewhere. It looks like this:-
