You will not find a user guide for your camper. The manufacturer just doesn't provide them. If you go through and get the manufacturer and model of all of your appliances, you can find user manuals online. You can find videos online showing how to do setup and teardown. Kinda stinks, but that is what I had to do with mine.

Also, there is a ton of info on this forum.

RV manufacturers only provide a generic owners manual with no model-specific nor brand-specific information.
You can download the current Tent Camper/Popup owners manual from the website.
Depending on the year, you will find manuals for things like the fridge, water heater, furnace and so on. Or get the model number and manufacturer and download manuals from the manufacturers websites.

Please tell us the year and manufacturer of your popup. Did you buy from the previous owner or from a dealer? If from the previous owner, contact them and ask if they still have the manuals. The best I can come up with by entering HW252 is it is a 2006 Rockwood HW252.

Sorry you didn't get the manuals for your popup but that seems the norm when buying an older RV. The previous owner has either lost the manuals or just doesn't think they should leave them in the RV for the next owner.

I did find a generic manual for an older Rockwood such as yours but there seems to be a lot of pages missing. I'll attach a pdf file for you to check if it can help.
