HW296 Broken roof lifting bracket HELP!!

Need some information/help on how to fix the drivers side back roof lifting bracket on my 2014 HW296. I had noticed that there were four bolts on the roof sides at each corner. The back left had developed cracks around that bolt; so, I caulked it. But I later discovered that I had a bigger problem when I found that after a camping trip, the bold head disappeared and the back roof corner would not lift with the others. Upon raising the roof high enough to look up inside at how the lifting post was mounted to the roof, I saw that that bolt and the two other smaller bolts have broken free with the lifting bracket. The lifting post was hitting the roof and raising it that way albeit about two inches or more shorter than the other 3 corners. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the corner up high enough off the lifting post to work on reattaching the bracket. I did jack up the corner, but I was concerned about how far I could lift it without damaging something. I don't know how the cables and spring system work.
Any help would be appreciated.
