Yes the 751 key goes in smooth but doesn’t turn. Also tried a 301 key and a 8025 but no luck. Something different about this lock and bizarre why they couldn’t just stick with a 751.

if all the others are the 751, then it probably is also, may be something wrong with the lock(frozen up/damaged/ect), ... I replaced our outside compartment locks with double sided locks, ... I like the double cut keys so I don't have to find the right way to enter the key into the lock in the dark, ... bought a 5pk of new locks but counting the outside shower, we have 6 outside locks, so the shower lock still uses the 751 and for convenience that key hangs in the outside water heater compartment right beside the shower door, ...

On my first A-frame (2014), the outside shower was a different key that came separately with the unit and had the black plastic over the head, similar to the door key. On the 2nd A-frame (2019), the outside shower used the CH751, and did not come with a separate key.

Given that it's a generic key, it's not a lock as much as a knob you keep in your pocket. But then again, who's gonna steal the outside shower head?

As far as locking doors on campers. My old camper had a lock on the door to the compartment where the cassette toilet black tank was. I was wondering why but then I realized there might be some valuable s*** in there😂😂😂

35 years of camping CH751 keys are fine no need to change. Never had any thing stolen. If you change the locks the doors still will pop open easily with a large screwdriver no matter what key it takes.

Surprised the 751 key will not fit..... try spraying some WD 40 in the lock and push against the door while turning the key. (Never mind if the OP found a different number on the lock) .
