That was FR's response... Tighten up the screws. I would throw down a few brackets to reinforce it. Good luck.

Had the same problem on our HW296. Bought 1.5 inch SPAX screws (pretty much the same as what was already there) from Home Depot and add a few extra screws. Problem solved.
