Loose Wires On Trailer Tongue

I am putting some final repairs on a new to me 2004 FR Flagstaff 206ST. On the trailer tongue, I have 2 loose wires I believe should connect to the battery, but I would appreciate some confirmation. One is a white wire with a terminal lug and is grounded to the tongue frame. The other is a black wire with what appears to be an inline fuse that was cut. See photo. Am I correct that the white wire connects to the negative battery terminal, and the black wire connects to the positive terminal? Thanks!

Welcome from Wisconsin.
The white wire gets connect to the battery's negative terminal, the black wire gets connected to the battery's positive terminal. RV wiring is done a little different from automotive wiring.
