lubricating roof lift rails on new camper

Just purchased a Rockwood 2280BHESP and have lifted the roof a few times to set up camper. One of the rails seems to labor more than others and I was wondering if I should use some type of lubricant to make it work easier? Thoughts? thanks.

Spray dry lube on the lift arms helps. Make sure not to get the lube on the softside; I use a piece of cardboard.
Or follow the info on the last page of this thread where it talks about adding oil to the spring conduits.
