Malfunctioning switch raise & lower pop up

Greetings,
I'm seeking words of wisdom.
I have a 2015 Rockwood 2716G Pop-Up. The switch to raise and lower the top isn't working. I've replaced the motor with now imporovement. The brand new motor gives the same symptom. A buzz but it won't raise or lower the top. I have to gently use my drill to get it up and down. Is there a switch I should buy to resolve? What else should I be checking to resolve this issue?
Thanks.

If the motor is humming but the actuator isn't moving I doubt that the switch is the problem. Most likely the gearbox. Your drill most likely develops more torque than that lift motor does so it will lift it.

You can try changing out the switch first, simple and very in expensive. If that doesn’t work, you can try changing out the relays, another in expensive part. Or bring it to a repair shop for them to diagnose.

My switch and relay both went at different times and I replaced them. No issues anymore!!
