I'm having trouble comprehending your questioning about the tongue weight, but not questioning the whole "move the popup camper by hand" concept. Somewhere there has been a disconnect in logic... Or, maybe I really am missing something? But, I don't know what it could be.

I am having trouble seeing that the tongue weight roughly equivalent to an averageish grown man (234 lbs) added to the front of any capable machine will be much of a difficulty, especially when compared to moving the trailer by hand.

It would be a lot cheaper and safer to take the time to learn to back it into the garage. It's a challenge. We had a 20' trailer that we backed into a storage garage and it took forever to learn how to do it with the narrow driveway, but after much 'blue air' at first, we did learn how to do it.

Welcome to the forum!
Buy it direct from VEVOR, its fast shipping and at least $50 cheaper:

I have one and take my 3300 lb camper in and out of the garage. It only works on I believe its a 3 or 4% grade. Mine is 2.5. To get it up the lip in to the garage I get the tire against the lip then I use a 2 x 6 that is 4 or 5 feet long that I split along the skinny edge at an angle matching the slope of the driveway. With the back half of the board in place behind the wheel I move it away from the garage with the mover until its elevated at the board height off the ground. Next put the other half of the board in front of the tire now and you will have a whole board that elevates your camper to the height of the garage lip (assuming its only 1.5 inches or so tall) and you can drive it right in at the grade of the lip. I had a video somewhere if I can find it I will post.

To be clear the board is cut at an angle but not completely. There is about a 1 foot flat spot for the trailer to rest on while positioning the other half of the board.

I also custom made a bracket to mount it on the tongue frame so I didnt have to make holes or mount anything permanently.

Most new FR trailers have electronic brakers. Make sure they are powered when moving the trailer by hand or with the above mover and keep a hand on the emergency pull cable. If it gets away from you for some reason you can just pull the cable and the trailer will stop instantly.

The point about the tongue weight was to note the weight restrictions if using a riding mower. I should have quoted the previous post on in mine. The restrictions on tongue weight on the hitch is pretty low. Also the transmissions on them are easy to burn out.

Saw somewhere
12v motors like starter motors
2 electric motors that contact the trailer wheels

Then you can use remote control to park the trailer no pushing

I got the VEVOR equivalent (with a different sticker slapped on it) for about the same price (under $250) from Amazon where I get 5% credit by using their credit card.

Mounting was a little bit loosey goosey but I tapped my frame and use hardened bolts for safety.

Need to use offroad sand grates to go through gravel and mud, as I'm spotting it to the side of my garage and not inside.

That Harbor Freight one would be a PITA. There is nothing to prevent it from rocking back and forth since there is nothing to lock the ball against the coupler.

One like this with the third wheel will add stability.

I have a dolly similar to the Harbor Freight one. I agree that the one with the 3rd wheel would be much better. Mine works o.k. if you're going straight, but tends to roll out when trying to turn.

I have a small 1000 lb. utility trailer that is difficult to move on the dirt in my yard. I use a come-a-long to roll the trailer the last few feet over uneven ground. As long as the tongue of the trailer is on wheels, it rolls nicely. You could probably drill into a stud in your garage, and put in an eye bolt to attach to.
