TT: "The Doghouse"

When we brought home our new Roo, neighbor kidded me about upgrading my "doghouse" when the DW got mad at me......

Since our license plate letters are "YUR". I considered naming the rig "Yurt with wheels". In the end DW and I decided not to name it at all. It's just "The Georgetown".

We call the AFrame LCoW aka Little Cabin on Wheels. the F150 Big Boy because we use to have a Ranger and the F150 is some much bigger.

I couldn't come up with anything that seemed to fit my trailer. And to be honest I had mixed feeling about naming it in the first place but in the end I compromised by getting a personalized license plate.

We call ours The Unicorn. Our landlord wrote in the lease that we could not keep the trailer at the house. So when we bring it out of storage to pack, we tell the neighbors that it is a unicorn. You think you see it, but it really doesn't exist.

I realize this isn't a 5er forum, but the title was too hard not to look at. Our son named our Sandpiper "Sandy" and my truck "BAT". He at first wouldn't tell us what BAT stood for, then broke down and said it stood for "big a$$ed truck". His mom said he gets his language from me. He was 12 at the time

We had a lottery the day it was delivered. I liked my neighbor's idea, Stay Free Maxi Pad. The one who must be obeyed didn't, so it's Joy's Toy.

If you are looking for someone to do a graphic for you, I recommend ebuysigns.com. They did a large graphic for me. Very quality work and a great price. $35.00 delivered to my door. I couldn't believe the price. (A local shop wanted $150.00 just for the art work.) I made a simple word document showing what I was looking for and they handled the rest. I spoke to them on the phone to clarify a couple of points and they were very courteous to deal with. It took a few weeks for them to finish it but I was not in a hurry anyway. I would use them again without question.
I am attaching a picture of what they made me.

After several weeks of having MIL move in, I've taken to calling Ms Roo "The Treehouse" ~ for example "I'm going out to the treehouse for a while"

We do.
Sherman, cause our TV is built like a tank, and our trailers are Connie (the collapsible condo) and Penny (the portable pension). I've also had Gladys (911), Pepé (Peugeot), Abner (Rambler), Gus Toad ('62 VW Westfalia camper), and Jimmy (GMC 4X4).

As you can tell by our name, the pop up got named 'ittle Dew. It's little, they can have condensation on the tent ends, and until Santa brings us a larger one, it'll do.

I've had my white '97 Powerstroke since it was new and it's always been "The Mighty Whitey". It seems like there is nothing it can't do. I bought an '07 fifth wheel and only taken it out once. It doesn't have enough personality to name it yet...

This is good stuff. My wife and I were just talking about this topic.

TV: Big Red
TT: For now it is "The Roo"
Not very creative.
This thread made me laugh.

Well the unofficial name of the HTT is 'All day long' because the salesman told us every time I asked if my 2000 Explorer V-6 would pull it. And the Tahoe is just the 'Truck'.
