Angry Need A New Cable Housing - 232ESP

While running up the top yesterday I heard. a pop. Checking everything I found the front left cable housing tube, from the front of the main center housing, broke where attached at the front of the main center cable housing.

This needs to be replaced.

Anyone know a source of a new left front cable tube?

Anyone aware of any site for a walkthrough and/or tips & tricks for replacing the cable tube?

Thanks

Got any more clues than that? Year etc I assume your talking about the Goshen roof lift tube? There are places online including Goshen you can order from.

Oh and if it is the Goshen roof system you are talking about then I would double check the spring steel inside the tube isnt kinked or bent. That is often what causes the popping.

This page says you can order directly from them:

https://goshenstamping.com/lift-system

You likely have the 2660 Series but you should confirm that:

Biggest difference between the 1473 and 2660 appears to be the width of the lifters.

Contact us to order parts by phone 574.533.4108 or e-mail us.

Oh I should add that the two curved tubes that go from the main tube to the corners of the PUP are connected to each other by a piece of metal and attached to the main tube as well. I would suggest double checking all that before ordering in case something broke with regard to the attachment to the other tube.
