Need replacement Kill Switch on HW27KS

Another quality part on my Flagstaff HW27KS Pop-up just fell apart and needs replacement!!! It's the kill switch that sits just inside the roof line, that prevents the lights being left on when closed up. Would anyone know where I could find a replacement please. It was just in 2 pieces and I have no idea what happend! It broke in an odd place, I have attached a pic of it duct tapped together, which is what I had to do to get me thru the weekend.

BTW, usually those switches break like that when they have been subjected by shock or are misadjusted so they are subjected to unusual pressure. They should be adjusted so that the button is not depressed any more than necessary to operate the switch.

That's interesting, I was wondering how it could have broke like that. I've only had it since March and it's only been fully closed on the trip bringing it home, and I know for sure it was closed tight, as it had leaked around the seal when I got home.
I'm wondering if the top has been closed too tight as some point to break the switch. I might just glue it for now, as there's more bigger more important fixes before this one! Thanks for the part info

Any switch that is normally closed when released and normally open when depressed will work. You may have to fabricate a mount but nearly anything like that can be made to work.

Visit an Electronics store ad tell them what you want, they can find it most likely for less than $20

I really wish that I could suggest you go to your local Radio Shack. I miss that place.

We have a Radio Shack in our small town of about 6000, but the only way they stay in business is because they are also a gift shop. I remember one in Georgia that was also a JC Penny catalog order store.
