New guy--needs help with 2005 Coachman Clipper

Back to Popups---did Popup ( 1982 Coleman Sun Valley) for a dozen years while our kids were small. Camped all over the northerm eastern US and Canada-=-no A/C so going north was cool.
Moved to to travel trailers but wife's health has ended her RV days ( bad back) I picked up a 2005 Coachman Clipper for the week my friends and i go to the Fall Hershey Car show and flea market.
I need help with 2 items---
1) The door--I can sort of get it to fit but the lower door will not close if the tall camper door is in place. Maybe I was spoiled by my Coleman--but the stepper door would close just fine with the camper erected and the door in place. Both doors on the Clipper seem to want to be in the same space--so that can't happen.
Maybe I am installing the door incorrectly.
Don't siggest I " look at the Owner's Manual"--that is a joke--really poor pictures that don't show what I need to know.

2) The rear bed is broken--both slides are bent. I need some help to know how this is supposed to work. Can I use the front bed as a model for how the rear is supposed to work or are they different.
Can I straighten the bent rails, or do I need new rails?

I also need to repair about 2; of the floor in the trunk, but that doesn't look too hard. Are new trunk covers available, or should I just fiberglass the cracked one I have.

Thanks for the help.

While I am asking---

I also need the details on how the side walls are supposed to be attached. I see that the previous owner has used a few nails with large green plastic washers.
I think the fabric slides into a vinyl channel and then another vinyl channel locks the fabris in place and the second channel is what the valance trim slides on. Is that close to correct?

Does Forest River provide that information?

I found a 2007 owners manual, but I'm not certain how much help it will be
https://coachmenrv.com/ownersmanuals/14197007.pdf
There is also a 'setup video' here that might give you some info

Sorry. I've never had a popup and given that it's a 2005, the number of people on here who can help you might be limited.

Welcome to the forum.

Your Clipper is manufacturered by COACHMEN, not Forest River. Forest River is the corporate name.
You need to contact the Coachmen division.
