Short answer is NO! The EZ/Ultra lube axles are drilled so that grease passes through the center of the axle to the back side of the inner bearing. Then the grease passes through the inner bearing, the cavity between the bearings, and through the outer bearing before the excess grease comes out around the end of the outer piece. Bearing Buddies only pressurize the bearing cavity to keep water out of your boat trailer bearings at the launch ramp. IMO, If used on a TT they will almost certainly over pressurize the bearing leading to grease all over your brake shoes.
