Maiden voyage...always fun.
Hope it's everything you wished for.
I love boondocking in my HW-277. If you ever consider going solar, I have some tips.

My new 296 is coming with the ZAMP panels there's a plug on the camper specifically made for the panels.

Awesome. Solar power can extend battery life indefinitely if you're reasonable in usage. I'm frugal with 12-Volt power after about 3 hours before local sundown (tree shadows etc.) With that, I hit evening with a fully charged battery. I have a 400 watt DC to AC inverter, and I indulge in running our 360 watt (combined) electric blankets for about 30 minutes to take the chill off the beds. We don't use the lights or stereo after our cutoff time. We use a mantle lantern and LED lanterns instead. This saves the rest of our Group-24 battery for the furnace, fridge igniter, hot water heater igniter, and pump.
We have a 100 watt panel, and in sunny Colorado, that's more than enough to keep the battery full every day...even if it's raining on-and-off.

So, today's the big day. Looking forward to hearing how things go.
