We picked up our new (to us) 2014 Flagstaff MAC 176SDLTD on July 23 and we're slowly chipping away at our list of mods to personalize her and make her our own before our maiden voyage!

We swapped out all of the incandescent bulbs (inside and out) and removed the fold down galley. I am building a new top for the sink and will be moving it outside on the side of the box! We're still deciding on how to best utilize the extra space created by removing the galley but we have a couple of ideas!

I'll post pics of the finished product soon!!

By far, the best place I've found for high-quality LEDs is superbrightleds.com

They have the best selection and customer service!

When we got our PUP home last week, the more I stared at the fold-down galley, the more I realized the potential for extra counter/storage space...

I disconnected all of the plumbing and removed the piano hinge and...VOILA!! More room for storage while we are set up!

We are accustomed to tent camping so washing dishes, brushing teeth, etc outside is the norm for us...I decided to take the kitchen sink outside and I found the perfect spot for it!

We have a Coleman cookstove that has been faithful to us for many years so we're kind of partial to it. The indoor/outdoor stove (that came with the PUP) is smaller than our old faithful unit so it was placed on a shelf and this concept was born!

I'll add a couple of adjustable legs to the front corners for a little extra peace of mind but it's pretty darned solid as is!

Either our awning or our 10x10 EZ UP will be used to cover our new kitchen area!!

I need to add the finishing touches (trim and stain) but you get the idea!

Our outdoor sink is finished and ready for our PUP's maiden voyage tomorrow!! We're hitting Hard Labor Creek State Park (Rutledge, GA) for the weekend!! I'll get more pics of the finished product once we're set up tomorrow!!
