Outdoor Shower

I had the dealer winterize my popup and this is the first time using it this season. I turned on outside faucet and all I hear is pump running and no water. Is there a shutoff somewhere for the outside faucet I missed. Thanks. I have Viking
2108st.

most outside showers don't have separate shutoff valves it might be that there is air in the lines let it run awhile and see what happens. do you have water to the other systems

Checked the outside shower wand itself. Some outdoor showers have a button on the shower wand head that will turn the flow on/off.

I ended up priming the pump. Also hooked up city to water to clear air from lines. Started pump and all works. Thanks for the help. PS: Dealer said I had to nothing after winterizing to use.

Now the question is: "Did you turn on your water heater without filling it up with water?"

Also, did you turn the bypass valves so your water heater will have water in it now?
